Diablo:
1. Diablo 12 in. x 44-Teeth General Purpose Saw Blade (2-Pack) When it comes to saw blades Diablo is our go to brand These blade will work on any 12" Miter Saw, and leaves extremely smooth cuts. We bounded these blades for over two week with treated 4x4 lumber, and they showed no sign of dullness and/or wear. They are trules great blades for an awesome price.
3. Diablo 7-1/4 in. x 48 TPI Cermet Steel Demon Ferrous Metal Cutting Saw Blade Just another awesome blade from Diablo. We abused the hell out of these blades, and they just kept going. We went through nail embedded lumber and straight up steel, and they performed great with everything. Though the Wood and metal blade is our new favorite, the Metal/steel blade is perfect for metal workers and fabricators.
Husky Tools:
1. Master SAE Ratcheting Wrench Set (16-Piece) Husky tools have come a long way. Their warranty is probably the best on the market as you don't even need a receipt to return a damaged tool. The 16 Piece Ratcheting Wrench Set is no different. That being said, with the way these are built, I doubt you will ever need the receipt anyway. The ratcheting system is extremely smooth and the over all feel is great. The only thing I would have liked to have seen is larger engravings, but all in all, it a pro set with a DIY price tag.
3. Heavy Duty Welded Steel Garage 5-Drawer Base Cabinet + Heavy Duty Caster Kit Although I was not a huge fan of the 6' workbench, I am a huge fan of this cabinet. Yes the top is a bit soft for my liking, but I use this to store all of my CNC equipment and bits. Tons of storage in a small area, and can be set on casters or placed under the 6' workbench for out of the way storage. The cabinet has a nice solid feel to it, and the soft close drawers are a nice touch. I really like it.
4. Husky Truck Box (soft sided storage) Here is another one from Husky that we really liked. Though its a soft case, it has a harder shell inserted in it to prevent it from collapsing. This Box has a lot of storage and is great for not only larger items, but pens and smaller gadgets as well. I first thought how nice this would be for a surveyor and Engineers. Definitely good enough to protect your items, but easy to bring with you to any job site.
6. Husky Black 3/8 in Drive 100P Stubby Ratchet If your looking to get into the Husky Tool Line, don't forget to pick up this stubby ratchet. What I really like about this i the hound point ratchet system that allows you to get into very tight spaces and work. There no play at all in this ratchet, and that really helps get jobs done in cramped areas without busting your knuckles. It a great addition to the set.
Gorrilla Mulit-Position ladder This is my new favorite. ladder. I have used many different multi-ladder, and I hated every single one of them except this one. To be honest with you, I didn't even want to review this ladder as I figured it would be heavy and hard to use like all the others...I was wrong. Super light at only 34lbs, it was extremely easy to handle myself. Even when extending it to full length I was able to adjust and maneuver this ladder without issue. Even the adjustments are very simple to make, and they really did a good job keeping your fingers safe when adjusting it. Everything about this ladder was well thought out, and it's not the first ladder I reach for when working at heights.
All in all, there were some really great products reviewed this quarter. There was only one (6' workbench) that I had some issues with, but still very impressed with all of these items. Check out the Tool Review Zone YouTube Site to see all of these tools at work!
