New Ridgid 7" tile saw to hit the market late 2017

Ridgid will be introducing a new 7" portable tile saw to it's line up within the next few months.

Ridgid has been tight lipped when it comes to their new 7" portable wet saw that is ready to hit the shelves in 2017.

Ridgid already has a large line up when it comes to tile saws, but it seems that the newest edition will be a redesigned upgraded version of their current model R4020.

Although the new saw lools near identacal to the current model, the new 7" saw will allow you to rip up to a 24" tile compared to only 18" on the current saw. You will also be able to depth cut up to 1 1/4" and make diagonal cuts up to 12" Ridiged is also claims that this new saw will reduce water spray by 80%, so that is a great upgrade in itself.

As for motor size, bevel adjustments and/or any other specs, well... their keeping those quiet. That being said, Ridgid has always made a well performing tile saw, and this should be no different.

Although there really ist much more imformation to add other than the saw will run you $189 00. Tool Review Zone will be testing and reviewing this soon to be released saw as we were told that we would be one of the first to get our hands on it! So check back for more information.
