Milwakee tools all new 4" fixed blade knife has just been released, and it's awesome.

Model # 48-22-1926

Milwaukee has had huge success with their Fastback and Fastback 2 utility knives, so it would only make sense for them to add a new 4 inch (9.5" long) fixed blade knife that will help them slash the competition.

The all new Milwaukee 4" knife is razor sharp masterpiece that is made rough, tough and built to cut, cut, cut.

This is a one piece knife that has the tang running through the handle. At the end of the tang, there is a built in lanyard hole that will allow you to hang this off your worked if needed. Its incredibly sharp, and cuts through plastics, cardboard, pvc like... well a hot knife through butter.

The blade itself is made of stainless steel, and will not only hold up to sharpening, but the dishwasher as well. Its also thin enough to make nice clean lines, but strong enough to slice and dice anything you need.

What's nice about this knife is that Milwaukee not only had tool enthusiast at mind when they designed this knife, but the hunter, fishermen and plain old outdoorsman as well.

Milwaukee also gives you a really nice sheath thats made of a heavy duty plastic. There is a nice size belt clip on the side of it, and the Milwaukee logo is prominent on the side.

As for overall feel and grip, it's near perfect. You can tell that the blade is a bit heavier when holding it in the hands, but it's barely noticeable. The grip is absolutely fantastic, and was built with ergonomics in mind.

The handle is built so your hand curves perfectly around it, and there are little notches on the top and bottom of the handle that keeps your hand from sliding.

For the price of around $20, this is a win for not only Milwaukee, but for whoever has this bad boy in their hand.
