World of Concrete 2026 is going on right now in Las Vegas, and even though I’m not out there this year, Milwaukee made sure there was no shortage of new tool announcements to talk about.
They sent over a full press kit with specs, photos, and release timelines, and after going through everything, this is clearly not a light refresh year. There’s a lot here — some big headline tools, some smaller stuff that actually solves real problems, and a few things that won’t get people excited until they’ve used them on the job.
This post is a breakdown of what Milwaukee announced at World of Concrete 2026, mixed with my own thoughts based on what I’ve used from these platforms before.
MX FUEL™ 27 lb SDS MAX Demolition Hammer (Available: June 2026)
The MX FUEL™ 27 lb SDS MAX Demolition Hammer is designed for concrete, block, and tile removal on walls and floors. Powered by a POWERSTATE™ Brushless Motor, it delivers 26.1 joules of impact energy, placing it in corded-performance territory without cords or generators. REDLINK PLUS™ Intelligence provides overload protection and optimized performance. With MX FUEL™ REDLITHIUM™ FORGE™ batteries and push-button start, the tool delivers instant power anywhere on the jobsite. When paired with the REDLITHIUM™ FORGE™ XC8.0 battery, Milwaukee states up to 1.5 tons of material can be chipped per charge, equivalent to a 63 ft trench at 4 inches deep or 33 minutes of continuous trigger time. The AVS Anti-Vibration System reduces fatigue during extended use. VACLINK™ Wireless Dust Control allows compatible extractors to activate directly from the tool, and ONE-KEY™ provides tracking and inventory management.
M18 FUEL™ 18 lb SDS MAX Demolition Hammer (Available: September 2026)
The M18 FUEL™ 18 lb SDS MAX Demolition Hammer is built for controlled demolition applications where reduced weight is preferred. It delivers 11.4 ft-lbs of impact energy using a POWERSTATE™ Brushless Motor and REDLINK PLUS™ Intelligence. Features include multiple speed settings, chisel lock, and AVS Anti-Vibration System. When paired with an M18 REDLITHIUM™ FORGE™ HD12.0 battery, Milwaukee claims increased material removal per charge. The tool supports VACLINK™ Wireless Dust Control and ONE-KEY™ compatibility.
M18 FUEL™ 1-3/4" SDS MAX Rotary Hammer w/ ONE-KEY™ (Available: March 2026)
This rotary hammer delivers 11 ft-lbs of impact energy for heavy drilling and chipping applications. It features a POWERSTATE™ Brushless Motor, REDLINK PLUS™ Intelligence, AUTOSTOP™ Enhanced Kickback Control, AVS Anti-Vibration System, VACLINK™ Wireless Dust Control, and ONE-KEY™ tracking. Milwaukee positions it as the hardest-hitting and fastest-drilling SDS MAX rotary hammer in its class.
M18 FUEL™ 1-9/16" SDS MAX Rotary Hammer Kit w/ ONE-KEY™ (Available: April 2026)
Designed for portability, this rotary hammer delivers 6 ft-lbs of impact energy while maintaining SDS MAX capability. It features AUTOSTOP™ Enhanced Kickback Control, AVS Anti-Vibration System, VACLINK™, and ONE-KEY™. When paired with an M18 REDLITHIUM™ FORGE™ HD12.0 battery, Milwaukee states it can drill over 24 holes per charge (7/8" x 6").
ROLL-ON™ 7200W / 3600Wh Power Supply (Available: April 2026)
The ROLL-ON™ Power Supply is designed to replace gas generators and temporary power solutions. It delivers 7200W of starting power and 3600W of running power using an integrated 6.0kWh REDLITHIUM™ battery. Features include a pure sine wave inverter, pass-through power, two 20A GFCI duplex outlets, USB-C and USB-A ports, PACKOUT™ compatibility, 9.5" all-terrain wheels, IP54 jobsite rating, ONE-KEY™ integration, quiet operation, and a 3-year warranty.
M18™ & M12™ Four-Bay Simultaneous Super Charger w/ PACKOUT™ Compatibility (Available: June 2026)
This charger can charge up to four batteries simultaneously and delivers up to 10x faster charging. Four M18 REDLITHIUM™ FORGE™ HD12.0 batteries can reach 100% in 90 minutes. Worm-drive style design delivering 6,000 RPM under load and up to 700 cuts per charge. Includes AUTOSTOP™, VACLINK™, ONE-KEY™, electric brake, LED work light, and magnesium construction.
10-1/4" Rear Handle Circular Saw (Available: June 2026)
Delivers a 3-13/16" depth of cut at 90°, can cut up to 4x material in a single pass, and weighs 10.3 lbs (tool only). Features AUTOSTOP™, REDLINK PLUS™ Electronics, LED work light, magnesium guards and shoes, and a 5-year limited warranty.
Blades, Abrasives, and Cutting Accessories
Milwaukee announced new cutting accessories including a 10-1/4" 28T Thick Kerf Framing Blade, a 6-1/2" 24T NITRUS™ Carbide Framing & Demolition Blade, AX™ SAWZALL® blades for wood with nails, and a full lineup of abrasive cutting and grinding wheels. Abrasives are available in three performance tiers: Ceramic+, Performance+, and standard performance, with sizes ranging from 4-1/2" to 16".
Dust Control & PPE-Related Products
New grinder dust shrouds are designed to reduce exposure to respirable crystalline silica and support OSHA Table 1 compliance when paired with compatible Milwaukee dust extractors. Milwaukee also introduced the BOLT™ REDLITHIUM™ USB Cooling Fan, delivering up to 15 MPH airflow and up to 6 hours of runtime on a REDLITHIUM™ USB battery. The fan mounts to BOLT™ helmets and hard hats and includes three airflow duct configurations.
Hand Tools
Milwaukee announced an 8 lb and 10 lb sledge hammer with 36" handles and a 5 lb pick mattock. These tools feature SECURESTRIKE™ handle connection, SHOCKSHIELD™ vibration reduction, steel-reinforced fiberglass handles, and tether-ready designs.
PACKOUT™ Expansion
New PACKOUT™ products include the XL Crate (75 lb capacity), Wire Pulling XL Crate (supports up to six 500 ft spools), Low-Profile Crate (50 lb capacity), Compact Crate (30 lb capacity), Divider for the PACKOUT™ XL Crate, and Wire Pulling Inserts for the PACKOUT™ XL Crate. All components integrate with the PACKOUT™ Modular Storage System.
